  3. Cost estimate:
    We inspect the damage and immediately provide a transparent cost estimate. Our pricing is fair and clear.

Send your device safely for repair

We take care of the repair, you take care of the safe journey to us. As your devices are valuable, the Correct packaging is crucial to avoid damage during transportation. These simple tips will help you prepare your product optimally for shipping.

  1. Sturdy outer packaging: Always use a new, sturdy cardboard box that is large enough to hold the device and sufficient padding material.
  2. Impact-resistant inner packaging: Wrap the appliance generously with bubble wrap or foam. Make sure that at least 5 cm of cushioning material separates the appliance from all side walls of the box. The appliance must not slip or wobble in the box.
  3. Secure accessories: Remove sensitive accessories such as handpieces or cables and pack them separately. Mark the outside of the box clearly with ‘Caution: fragile’.
  4. Important documents: Enclose a brief description of the fault. A legible note by hand is sufficient. This will speed up the process on site for our Rep Man.
