In this two-day intensive course we make you fit for the most demanding polishing tasks. Based on our specialist book, we will show you how to systematically achieve the perfect result with the right polishing system.
This is what you will learn in the two days:
- Preparation & erosion structure: How to efficiently remove the hard erosion structure and optimally prepare the surface for the subsequent polishing steps.
- Brush polish & tools: Professional handling of polishing stones and grinding wheels to create a perfect line polish as a basis for the subsequent high gloss.
- Systematic polishing structure: Apply different polishes in the correct order – from sanding to medium to fine high-gloss polish.
- Finish & mirror shine: Add the finishing touches with diamond polish, polishing felt and absorbent cotton to achieve a flawless mirror shine.
- Error prevention: Avoid typical errors such as new scratches or annoying holograms right from the start.
