        We take care of the repair, you take care of the safe route to us. As your devices are valuable, the <\/span>Correct packaging <\/b>is crucial to avoid damage during transportation. These simple tips will help you prepare your product optimally for shipping. <\/span><\/p>

        1. Sturdy outer packaging: <\/b>Always use a new, sturdy cardboard box that is large enough to hold the device and sufficient padding material.<\/span><\/li>
        2. Impact-resistant inner packaging:<\/b> Wrap the appliance generously with bubble wrap or foam. Make sure that at least 5 cm of padding material separates the appliance from all side walls of the box. The appliance must not slip or wobble in the box. <\/span><\/li>
        3. Secure accessories: <\/b>Remove sensitive accessories such as handpieces or cables and pack them separately. Mark the outside of the box clearly with ‘Caution: fragile’. <\/span><\/li>
        4. Important documents: <\/b>Enclose a brief description of the fault. A legible note by hand is sufficient.
